A <br />model of the concept was presented to the Planning Comnission at their April 4, <br />1977 meeting. The Orono portion of tiie proposal includes 5 separate lots <br />clustered around one access drive off Navarre Lane. Ihe Minnetonka Beach portion <br />includes 15 lots with access from Minnetonka Beach.
