This is part of the property Which Cloutier recently subdivided <br />for the Park Reserve acquisition. Originally the tract was divided into two <br />lots of 4.14 acres and 7.31 acres. <br />Althou^ this property is located in a 2-acre zoning district, Mr. Cloutier a <br />the County revised the division to meet our minimum S-acre simple procedure <br />method of stibdividing land. The hashed portion of the enclosed map indicates <br />this revision. <br />Now to get back to Mr. Strong’s current request for a Conditional Use Peiridtrequest <br />for two'^horses on 5 acres of'land. Our ordinance requires a minimun of 3 acres <br />for one animal unit in a 2-acre zone, and one additional acre for each animal <br />mit thereafter. The subject parcel of 5 acres would be large enough for 3 <br />animal units, so I see no problem here. I have suggested the applicant obtain <br />statements of no objection from the imnediate neighbors. <br />Thus far Mr. Strong has not indicated whether or not his plans include a bam <br />or stable. He has been infoxmed of the 150* minimum setback requirement.
