He is not increasing the area. He is only <br />dianging the message. <br />There would be 12 letters. Each letter square would consist of 20 sq. ft. for a <br />total of 240 sq. ft. He would also replace the current 4* x 8* sign on the exist <br />ing sign bulletin from the present message to "Eagle Drug Store". The total area <br />of the two signs is 272 sq. ft.
