John Gullickson, Jr., <br />prospective pur^ser, was not present. <br />Planning Gonmission suggested rearrangement of three vacant lots for two building sites <br />as all three lots are substandard and all have additional land available. Mr. Thompscr. <br />objected. Said he purchased lot as building site and was assessed for sewer. <br />Plann^ Gonmission infoimed Mr. Thompson that one uiit might be waived if only two <br />building sites resulted from rearrangement. Suggested property owners Cry to resolve <br />problem as all three sites are non-conforming and uhbuildable. Tabled for revised <br />proposal. <br />STAFF - May 4, 1977 <br />I haven't been able to find anything in the records regarding any projected future <br />utility assessments as he infoimed us at the last Planning Gonmission meeting.
