Remaining lot layout approved conceptually only <br />pending future septic testing. <br />3. <br />6. <br />7. <br />New road to be a private roadway platted as an outlot through <br />entire property. Road to be constructed through at this time, <br />or to have temporary cul-de-sac provided at end of first phase <br />at owner*s option. <br />All lots to have access via new private road including Lot 8, <br />Block 1 and lot with existing dwellings. Existing curb cuts* <br />to County Road #6 to be closed upon installation of new road. <br />All wetlands to be protected with conservation easements to <br />the City. <br />Septic testing approval for Lots 1-4, Block 1 and Lots 1-4, <br />Block 2 per attached memo from Mike Gaffron dated September 5, 1978. <br />Garage on Lot Block 1 to be relocated to meet street setback <br />requirements. Permit required (see inspector).
