Another resident expressed concern that more docks on the <br />StuDbs Bay lakeshore would be environmentally damaging to <br />the Lake. <br />John Burger said that when he bought in the area it was a 2 <br />acre zone and then changed tc 5 acre. He could not remember <br />why this zoing change was implemented. <br />The woamn who lives in the Poisson home was concerned that <br />the oeaXity of the area would be damaged if the zoning change <br />was passed. She also felt changes would only be to the <br />advantage of the developers. <br />Some of the residents expressed concern that the proposed <br />zoning change would increase the possibility of sewer being <br />approved for the area. <br />Gary Connell built his new home in the area because of the <br />privacy. He does not want to see another home from his <br />home. He too felt the proposed change v;ould only be to the <br />economic advantage of the developers. He felt this change <br />would only encourage more development. <br />One resident expressed concern that the wetlands would be <br />damaged with a road running through them. <br />Two residents wanted to know if there would be restrictive <br />covenants for the proposed sub-division. They were <br />concerned it would look like Painter's Creek - large "track <br />homes" that are built too close together. <br />John Maass was concerned that his property was included in <br />the Public Hearing without his approval. He requested his <br />property be exluded in the proposed sub-division. However, <br />he expressed no opposition to the proposed zoning change. <br />Mike Filbrandt was in favor of the proposed re-zoining and <br />sub-diV1 SI on. He couldn"t understand why people would be <br />opposed to the proposed changes.
