Action was taken allowing <br />District staff to issue your permit only after receipt and staff approval of <br />the following: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Information regarding the size of the in-coming culvert and a plan showing <br />the outlet pipe to be the same size of the inlet pipe. <br />Documentation that the applicant has received a conditional use permit <br />from the City of Orono. <br />Please be advised that the project is not authorized until the above has been <br />submitted and you have been notified of permit issuance.
