We own a residence located on Crystal Bay Road, and therefore, <br />reside in close proximity to 3359 Crystal Bay Rd. <br />2. We have reviewed the plans submitted by the Longs for the <br />proposed variance. <br />3. We find nothing objectionable to the proposed building and <br />feel it would indeed enhance the Long property and our entire <br />Neighborhood. Therefore, we urge the planning commission and the <br />city council to approve the requested variance. <br />As the property owners on Crystal Bay Rd. are restricted by older homes, <br />extremely narrow lots, railroad property to the rear of our lots, and <br />zoning laws, we appreciate your continued efforts to work with us in <br />granting variences for the maintenance and improvement of our properties. <br />Address:
