Slab might be over the <br />line, for all we know.) <br />- 24'x24* Concrete slab, 9*6"x24* apron were poured without <br />permits, applicant asked inspector to come out to review burning <br />permit, construction without permit was noted and stopped at that <br />time. <br />- Concrete block you see on the slab is not mortared and is being <br />stored until such time construction continues. . . <br />Discussion: <br />The applicant is requesting a side setback variance ’o construct <br />an attached 24*x 24* mansonry garage. He commenced construction <br />without permits, claims he wasn*t aware he needed one. Then, when <br />staff discovered the slab, applicant researched and found his survey <br />showed the lot line extremely close to rear of slab.
