Due to the lack of a Planning Commission meeting in December, the 60-day application <br />review deadline has been extended an additional 60-days and will expire on March 14, 2024. <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is proposing to construct an attached garage addition over the existing driveway <br />hardcover. Because the property exceeds 25% hardcover, a hardcover variance is required to <br />convert the driveway hardcover to building hardcover. The proposal also results in a 155 square <br />foot reduction in hardcover.
