This area is guided for some of the highest density in the city. As proposed <br />the development does not meet the density requirements for the Comprehensive Plan. The project will require <br />additional units within the development, a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, and a zone change. <br /> <br />The property has been the subject of several development proposals over the past 7 years, including a twin <br />home development, an apartment complex, and townhome development. All previous approvals have <br />expired.
