The portions of the wall located within the <br />street yard adjacent to Bracketts Point Road and within 30 feet of the <br />intersection are in violation of the height allowance for walls. The <br />section of new stockade fence that will link the wall with existing <br />stockade fence is located in the side yard (50 foot setback) and is <br />permitted.
