« • <br />t <br />ARTICLE FOUR which is South of County iUghv/ay 1 and East of the <br />present dwellinij house and extending East from tlie house as far as the <br />lino of the Webster property on the East of this land. It is my hope that <br />the District will thereby improve and beautify the area for the purposes <br />•• <br />above stated. <br />I direct that my executors shall have the dwelling house <br />on said land demolished as soon after my death as possible, and have <br />erected on the site where the dwelling stood a suitable arbor of modest <br />design, wrierein or whereon a plaque shall be placed v/hich shall be <br />engraved with the following sentiment: "Noerenberg Memorial County <br />Park Is'Dedicated to the Use of the Public in Memory of the <br />Frederick and Johanna Noerenberg Family Who Once Lived Here. “ <br />If the devise and bequest as set forth under this Paragraph B <br />of ARTICLE FOUR is not acceptable to said HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK <br />RESERVE DISTRICT, then I direct that my executors shall cause a <br />charitable corporation to be organized with a perpetual charter, to receive <br />this devise and bequest. Such corporation shall be named "NOERENBERG <br />MEMORIAL PARK, INCORPORATED, '* or a suitable name incorporating <br />« # <br />the words "NOERENBERG MEMORLA.L PARK, " and shall be authorized by <br />its articles of incorporation- and by-laws to receive said residue of my <br />estate, real and perso:ial, and administer the same for public park and <br />recreational purposes in the same general manner as set forth under this <br />Paragraph B, all to the end that the public shall be entitled to use said land <br />freely for the purposes indicated above. <br />ARTICLE FIVE <br />I nominate ARTHUR ILVRTEiRT and HENRY W. HAVERSTOCK <br />as executors of this my will.
