HOPPE, whose full name is Lora Noerenberg Hoppe, <br />of Hennepin County, Minnesota, make and declare this my will, and I revoke <br />all wills and codicils made by me prior to the date of this will. <br />ARTICLE ONE <br />m I ■ ■ II ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ I w <br />I direct my executors, hereinafter named, to pay all of my <br />funeral expenses, expenses of last illness, claims allowed in the adminls- <br />tration of my estate, federal and state income and gift taxes owed by me at <br />the time of my death, expenses of the administration of my estate and all <br />death taxes of any character (including interest and penalties) imposed by <br />« <br />reason of my death with respect to any property* treated as a part of my <br />taxable estate for purposes uf any such tax. If lie docs not survive me, <br />then I give said shares to his wife, FLOR-A IIARTERT, if <br />she .survives me.
