Hoppe <br />0 That the Hennepin County Park Reserve District is directed, as <br />trustee,to maintain the personal property received by it from <br />the estate of Lora N. Hoppe in a segregated account and shall <br />administer the same in trust upon the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />To apply so much of the trust principal and/or net income <br />therefrom as may be reasonable and necessary to develop <br />and maintain the general disply garden as described in <br />the Last Will of the decedent <br />In the event that the trustee finds it reasonable to do <br />so, to expand the land area devoted to such general <br />display garden usage by acquisition of adjoining lands by <br />application of such portions of the principal and/or net <br />income of the trust as determined by the trustee to be <br />necessary for that purpose <br />0 That the Hennepin County Park Reserve District, as trustee, in <br />regard to said trust, is hereby vested with full powers of asset <br />sale, investment and retention as specified in Minnesota <br />Statutes paragraph 501.125, enabling said trustee to properly
