Both these aspects of the project involve approvals by the <br />Department of Natural Resources as well as the City. Additionally, there is <br />certain engineering work that needs to be completed. These two aspects of <br />the project are not of the same significance as the necessity of obtaining <br />the lot split and dealing with the issue of fill previously placed on the <br />property. <br />In L event, I hope this provides sufficient information for you and the <br />Planning Commission and City Council members so that there is a full and <br />complete understanding of the scope of this project.
