/ <br />ORDINANCK NUMBER 9, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS TO THE <br />NON-ENCROACHMENT AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SECTIONS OF THE ORONO <br />MUNICIPAL CODE <br />The City Council of Orono Ordains As Follows: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of Orono is <br />hereby amended by amending Sections 10.03 Subdivision 15(C). (D) <br />(E), (F) and 10.22 Subdivision 1 to read as follows; <br />SECTION 10.33 <br />Subdivision 15 Non-Encroachments <br />C.
