‘I <br />application. At 1 dock for every 50 feet of lakeshore, the <br />permitted number of slips is 38. <br />Item 4- The swimming area is marked on the site plan <br />and is seperate from the dock are£\. No lifeguards will be on <br />duty. <br />Item Plans for an on-site drain field have been <br />provided to the City. <br />Item 6. Enclosed are plans for the Gazebo structure for <br />submission to the Council. <br />Item 7. Telephone service is provided for emergencies. <br />Item 8. The property is located on the shoreline. <br />Item 9. All property is combined in one parcel. <br />2> Subd. 8 AS<B <br />Item A. The Gazebo, well and septic system are all <br />back at least 75 feet from the Lake. <br />Item B. There are no designated wet lands on the <br />Island. <br />set <br />3) Subd. 9 <br />The only hardcover on the Island will be the roof of the <br />Gazebo which is at least 75 feet from the Lake, is smaller <br />than the roof of the existing house, and is well below the <br />257. limit. <br />4) Subd. 10 <br />The height of the Building is less than 2 1/2 stories or <br />30 feet. <br />5) Subd. 11 <br />Item A. The building plans show a treated wood <br />foundation. <br />Item B through E. The Gazebo is not a dwelling and <br />exempt from these requirements. <br />Item F. The roofing material will be treated wood <br />shakes. The Gazebo will not bo used as sleeping quarters. <br />Fire extinguishers will be provided per subsection 3. <br />The Gazebo is not a dwelling for subsection 4. In subsection <br />5 the occupancy load is less than 50 people. <br />Item G. Additional private security measures include <br />staffing during prime boating season and as needed during <br />other times, telephone service, locks on all doors and <br />windows, solid plywood covers over screens and windows when <br />not in use. There will be no intrusion alarm. <br />6) Subd. 13 <br />All garbage and refuse will be removed as needed by the <br />Island staff, at least on a weekly basis. <br />We have attempted to address all questions that were <br />raised at the last meeting and the specific code provisions. <br />Please advise me if any other information would be helpfull. <br />Thankyou. <br />Very Truly Yours,
