Council specifically <br />asked that language be included in the resolution that would allow for the removal of the 8 ’ x <br />20 ’ deck expansion if plasf’. underliner or geotechnic fabric was to ever be installed on the <br />property. Review Condition 2 on Page 2 of the resolution. The City Attorney has reviewed <br />Condition 2 and found it acceptable. <br />John Gerhardson has completed his inspection of the curb cut at Wildhurst Trail. Please <br />icview his comments in the enclosed memo. <br />Tlie enclosed approval resolution is presented for Council ’s review and action.
