This <br />total is then added to the total cost per contracting <br />city (total plus support service charge, net of town aid) <br />for Long Lake to determine cost of service for . Long Lake <br />for the new budget year. This procedure is illustre'ted <br />in Appendix A. This cost will be an actual cost. <br />It is understood that the City of Long Lake may, due to <br />budget consideration in any contract year at the <br />beainning of the contract year, adjust the number of <br />additional officers in which event they shall pay all <br />those extraordinary costs as outlined in the second <br />paragraph of Section 19 of this agreement. <br />C. rnat to Spring P^r-k - Additional Manpower. The cost of <br />additional manpower above the base contract cost to the City <br />of Spring Park, shall be determined as follows: <br />The actual salaries of officers assigned to the City of <br />Spring Park shall be computed. To this salar^/ figure <br />will be added that percentage of the total overtime <br />budget for all officers calculated by dividing the number <br />of officers assigned to the City of Spring Park by the <br />number of all officers, 88 hours holiday pay at the <br />hourly rate, wearing apparel, hospitalization, life <br />insu.-ance, memberships, workers compensation and <br />pensms calculated at the salary figure above. This <br />total is then added to the total cost per Contracting <br />City (total plus support service charge, net of town aid) <br />for Spring Park to determine cost of service for Spring <br />Park for the new ron’rract year.
