Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Fairway Hills <br />Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following <br />condition; <br />1. Permits for residential construction on both Lots 1 and <br />2 shall be i.ssued by the City of Orono. Sewer and water <br />permits r.hal i be issued by the City for both Lots 1 and . <br />The billing for sewer and water usage shall be the <br />responsibi 1 i * y of the City of Orono. Lot 2 has received <br />credit of th*' previously assessed water and sewer unit <br />charges against the property. Based on the 1991 fee <br />scheduled, a sewer connection charge for Lot 1 is .,7,224. / <br />and a water connection charge is $3,531.18. <br />2.
