I continued removing <br />damaged decking and decided to enlarge the one deck off of <br />our bedroom. I was then informed by the building inspector <br />in a letter from him dated December 5, 1991 that I should <br />have gotten a building permit and variance. In my discussion <br />with Bruce Vang and Michael Gaffron it was suggested that I <br />offer to remove some hard surface to offset ray deck. <br />I am purposing to eliminate the shed down by the lake <br />and 3 cement slabs on the south side of black top driveway. <br />Roy^oJ?son <br />1080 - Wildhurst Trail <br />Mound, MN 55364 <br />^ __ _ _
