The four <br />member conunission was unable to effect a recommendation to the Council resulting in a 2 to <br />2 draw. <br />Options of Action <br />Approval of application as proposed; or <br />Approval subject to additional removals of hardcover; or <br />Denial. If denied the 160 s.f. of new deck shall be removed. Council should provk^e <br />deadline date for removal. <br />Council Action <br />To provide conceptual direction to staff so appropriate resolution can be brought back <br />for Council action at their September 27th meeting.
