The final amended proposal, review Exhibit R, proposes the removal of 84.4 <br />s.f. of stnictural hardcover within the 0-75 ’ setback area and 331.5 s.f. (1.7%) of plastic <br />underliner beneath the landscape area in the 75-250 ’ setback area and 62.6 s f. (.32%) of <br />concrete pavement in 75-250 ’ setback area. The hardcover facts are reviewed as follows: <br />0-75 ’ setback area * 7,900 s.f. <br />Allowed ■ 0 <br />Existing ■ 84.4 s.f. of structural hardcover (76 s.f. hardcover remains of <br />seawall and rip rap not included in hardcover cakulatioos) <br />Proposed - 0 s.f.
