The final amended proposal, review Exhibit R, proposes the removal of 84.4 <br />s.f. of stnictural hardcover within the 0-75 ’ setback area and 331.5 s.f. (1.7%) of plastic <br />underliner beneath the landscape area in the 75-250 ’ setback area and 62.6 s f. (.32%) of <br />concrete pavement in 75-250 ’ setback area.
