Wc recommend approval of the application contingent on <br />the following ccndliions. <br />The fill placement should meet all conditions set forth in Resolution No. 3103 which Include; <br />• preparation of a filling and grading plan for our review; <br />• side slopes 5:1 ratio; <br />• 1% slope to be maintained within inner HU area: <br />• silt fence installed along the wetland; <br />• no land alterations allowed within 26 feet of the wetland; <br />• periodic .deeding during the course of the project. <br />Wc rcaimmcnd that the icta! fill placed on this property should net exceed the ICO.O-OO cubic <br />yards previously approved. In this regard no future permits should be issued u.niess a <br />geotechnical study of the area Is submitted by the appliciini.
