The current plan is 120’ x 90'.
® inspection of the property to determine if he has ful-
filled his obligations for the 1976 license. A1 reports that the trees have been
planted, but they are somewhat small (our ordinance does not specify size). Some
of these plants have dried up due to the weather conditions, but he has agreed
to replace these.
mere are no vines visible at present, but Mr. Wittig informs me he has planted
them but they failed to grow from the lack of rain this past year.
PLANNING CatllSSIQN MEETING - April 4, 1977
Suggested replacement of dead trees with larger trees. Planting of vines. Also
require larger trees on any new planning. Applicant would be required to submit
professional landscape plan indicating size and species of trees and bushes.
Commission determined professional planner is necessary for the new building plan
proposal. Also felt professional landscaper may be able to suggest trees for this
type of soil to alleviate the current problem with the trees dying. Work session only. *
STAFF - -^ril 13, 1977
It appears Gayle's is having problems repairing the docks extending beyond the 200*
limit. I believe he will be requesting special consideration of the U4CD. I’m
enclosing copies of Mr. Wittig’s recent letter to Mr. Maple of the LMCD, along with
a note to our Building Inspector explaining his position.
.1
vm
It- - ^
M
4
^ . 3366 NORl
V.;.: V-%-
iv.
