<br />2. No treeSf shrubs, or other ve9etation shall be
<br />out, or removed from the Conservation Area except
<br />as authorized by written consent of Grantee, its successors and
<br />assigns.
<br />3. No earth, loam, peat, gravel, soil, or any other
<br />natural material or substance shall be moved or removed from
<br />the Conservation Area, and there shall be no excavation of any
<br />nature whatsoever or any change of the topography of the
<br />Conservation Aiea without the written consent of Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns.
<br />4. No soil, sand, gravel, or other substance or material
<br />as landfill shall be placed, dumped, or stored upon the Conservation
<br />Area, and no waste, trash, or garbage shall be placed, dumped
<br />or stored upon the Conservation Area.
<br />5. Grantors, their heirs and assigns, hereby grant,
<br />gift, and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, the
<br />right to enter vjp- u the Conservation Area for the purposes of
<br />inspection and eriforcement of the covenants contained herein and
<br />to cause to be removed from the Conservation Area any structures,
<br />materials, substances, or unnatural matter inconsistent with tbe
<br />covenants contained herein and the natural state of the Conservation
<br />Area.
<br />If and when the Acre Tract and Conservation Area are
<br />owned in fee by the same person, corporation, cooperative
<br />association, or partnership of record with the Registrar of
<br />Titles, County of Hennepin; or if and when the zoning ordinances
<br />of Grantee are amended in such a manner that the construction
<br />of a single-family dwelling upon the Conservation Area is no
<br />longer proscribed, then, in either event, all right, title, and
<br />interest in the Conservation Area hereby conveyed to Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns and all covenants and restrictions contained
<br />herein shall terminate.
<br />Grantors do not intend that the public should have
<br />any interest in the Conservation Area by virtue of this Indenture
<br />or otherwise.
