The <br />District has assisted you wherever possible by completing the <br />required locator map; the plat of survey; and in part, pro­ <br />vided information needed as the site plai;It ^ <br />to order to complete the application, (l) enter the following <br />information: on the site plan dimension all slips and dock <br />structures; indicate the abutting nei^bor's principle <br />building, and its distance from your property line at the <br />toke shore, all in agreement with the sample site plan <br />provided; and (2) provide a construction detail sheet in <br />agreement with the sample. <br />Please review the application and attached detail sheets, <br />make any changes or corrections needed in addition to the <br />information requested above, and return to us so that the <br />application can be processed further. <br />A recent inspection of your dock layout indicates that it is <br />not in agreement with the site plan as submitted.
