The owner is requesting approval of a 1,380 sq. ft, addition to the existing house. The proposed addition would meet all setback requirements. Although the proposed addition would jxet all setback requirements, the addition appears quite large for this lot. The addition proposed along the east end of the house practically extends into the private easement providing access from Parcels 4000 and 4400 to County Road #51. I believe we should be careful that we don*t landlock the properties behind this parcel.
