The roadway user includes pedestrianstransit vehicles, automobiles, trucks, or bicycles. <br />1 <br />Tlie items eligible for Municipal State Aid Funding include almost all construction items: <br />removals, grading, base, surfacing, curb & gutter, storm sewer, sidewalks, bridges, fences, <br />lighting, traffic marking St signing, traffic signab, reUining walls, seeding, sodding, trees, <br />material testing, design, construction inspection & land acquisition.
