LMCD BOARD OF DIRECTORS July 28, <br />The executive director reported receipt of a resolution from <br />the Spring Park City Council requesting consideration be given to <br />amending the LMCD by-laws to allow the communities to elect an <br />alternate Board member to serve when a regular membei cannot <br />attend*MOTION: Johnstone moved. Griithwol seconded, to refer the Spring <br />Park resolution to the Administrative Committee. <br />VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br />The next meeting of the Administrative Committee will be <br />7:30 AM. Tuesday, August 3. 1993 at the LMCD of:ice. <br />The executive director reported the Excelsior Park Tavern <br />has extended an invitation to the Board and guests <br />mational cruise on either 8/15 or 9/12 from ll AM to I PM.
