LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />Conditions for Lakssids Marina, Inc. <br />1993 Multiple Dock License <br />per LMCD Board Action 7/28/93 <br />Licensee shall main*-ain books and records sufficient to <br />establish that marina launching facilities are not being <br />used in conjunction with any of the watercraft parked or <br />stored on land at the marina. Such records shall be <br />available for inspection by LMCD officers and agents <br />upon advance notice. Such books and records shall <br />include the State registration number, or the name and <br />port of call for documented boats, of each watercraft <br />stored or parked on land at the marina. <br />Additionally, the licensee shall maintain records to <br />establish the status of each watercraft in a form <br />satisfactory to the executive director of the District. <br />Such records would include, but not be limited to. <br />a.In the case of watercraft in the marina for repair <br />or maintenance, a written work order with the state <br />registration number or name and port of call of the <br />watercraft indicating the date the watercraft was <br />delivered for service or maintenance and the <br />estimated date of completion of the work. <br />b.In the case of watercraft at the marina for winter <br />storage, a written storage agreement indicating the <br />date the watercraft was delivered for storage and <br />the date by which it must be pickud up by the owner. <br />c.In the case of watercraft being sold at the marina, <br />evidence of ownership by the licensee or an executed <br />brokerage agreement. <br />*
