Director AX <br />Public Hearings for the 1994-1995 Hennepin County <br />CHS Plan Update <br />The Hennepin County Community Health Department invites citizens and representative of <br />organizations and community agencies to participate in public hearings on the 1994-1995 Hennepin <br />County Community Health Services Plan Update. As a local board of health, Hennepin County, through <br />its Community Health Department, has been receiving State CHS funds for eligible community health <br />services since 1977. Funding is based on two year plans approved by the Hennepin County Board of <br />Commissioners and the Minnesota Department of Health. <br />Four public hearings are scheduled for August and they will be held in conjunction with regularly <br />scheduled meetings of the Community Health Services Advisory Committees of Minneapolis.
