Working back from that date it is recommended the <br />proposed budget and tax lev>' be adopted by the Council at the <br />September 13 Council meeting. It is suggested that a work session <br />to review the proposed budget be held during the week of August 23. <br />This would provide time for revisions to the proposed budget prior <br />to the September 13 meeting.
