Section 5.42 is hereby amended as follows: <br />SEC. 5.42. BUSINESS .>\ND- JOINT USE OF LAKE F.ACIUTIES. <br />Subd. 1. Definitions. For the purpose of this Section, the following terms <br />have the meanings given them: <br />A. "Boat Slip, Water" means a strucmre. space, dock or other thing <br />designed or used for the docking, mooring or stonng of a boat temporarily or permanently in <br />or on water, including mooring posts, buoys or other devices. <br />B. "Boat Slip. Land" means a structure, space or other thing designed <br />or used for storing a boat temporarily or permanently on land adjacent to a lake, whether it is <br />located on or off the licensed premises. <br />C. -Business or D^xk ing.
