Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />June 15, 1993 <br />Subject: #1823 Marge Rossing, 130 Cygnet Place - Request to Review Amended Proposal <br />Tlie Planning Commission reviewed the Rossing application at their May 17th meeting <br />and conditioned approval on the following: <br />a.Existing detached garage currently under construction is to be completed before <br />a building permit can be issued for second accessory structure. <br />b. Second accessory structure must be completed before building permit can be <br />issued for addition to residential structure. <br />c.Landscape plan to be presented for Council’s review with type and schedule of <br />plantings. <br />d.Driveway boundaries and parking areas to be physically defined on property in <br />order to eliminate uncontrolled driving and parking of vehicles on grassed areas. <br />Mrs. Rossing has asked to be rescheduled before the Planning Commission as she omitted <br />the addition of a deck providing access from the upper level bedroom.
