5. <br />6. <br />ShareU driveway, Ouiloi A, shall be amended to include new curb cut installed <br />at Watertown road serving existing residence on proposed Lot 1. Outlot shall <br />remain at a 30’ width until it approaches accessory structure to southeast side of <br />proposed Lot I where outlot can be reduced to a 25 ’ width. <br />Shared drive to serve both Lots I and 2 shall be installed to western side of outlot <br />M an attempt to minimize impact upon existing development to east. <br />10’ drainage and utility easements shall be taken along all perimeter property <br />lines except for the west lot line where drainageway must be shown at a minimum <br />20 ’ width to incorporate drainage ditch. As drainage swale extends south and <br />east through Lot 1 the drainage easement should be shown at a minimum 15’ <br />width. <br />Prior to any land alteration for development of proposed Lot 2, future owners <br />shall be responsible for staking principal and alternate septic test site areas. <br />Applicants ’ engineer shall provide the necessary hydraulic information to support <br />sizinc of culvert for driveway serving Lot 2. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of <br />the month: <br />1. Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy <br />reduced to 1" = 200 ’. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey ’jy Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin <br />and Gronberg dated 10-27-89 most recently revised 3-25-93. <br />B.Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10’ along all perimeter <br />property lines (note lot lines platted at east/west drainageway should be <br />shown as drainage easement at minimum 20 ’ total width). <br />Page 3 of 6
