LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES. <br />Subd. 1. Fees. The City may prescribe fees in an amount <br />allowed by statute and/or as needed to defray the costs incurred by <br />it in reviewing# investigating and administering an application for <br />a license# permit, or other permission required by this Code. The <br />fees to be paid shall be in the amount prescribed by the current <br />City fee ordinance. The fee shall be payable at the time the <br />application is filed with the City and is not refundable unless the <br />application is withdrawn prior to any review of the application by <br />the City. <br />Subd. 2. Variable and Additional Costs. Each applicant <br />shall be charged and shall pay an amount equal to the additional <br />cost incurred by the City in reviewing, investigating and adminis­ <br />tering each application including# but not limited to.
