An average lakesbore setback <br />variance is needed as second story construction and lower level deck will encroach setback line. <br />Applicant has not provided hardcover facts but the detailed survey staff confirmed at site <br />inspection finds extreme excesses within the 75-250’ setback zone and hardcover within the 0- <br />75 ’.
