The intent of the tabling was so Hiis item would be brought back when <br />the entire five member Council would be present. <br />Exhibit C is the letter from the DNR distributed at the June 14th meeting. <br />The only additional submittal received is a memo (Exhibit A) from Mr. Nasiedlak who <br />is purchaser of the vacant lot. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />If Council accepts the applicant’s hardshi[’ statements as sufficient grounds for granting <br />of the requested lot area and width variances, then Council could grant variance approval. A <br />resolution incorporating these additional hareships would be presented for final action at your <br />July 12lh meeting. Conversely, if Council finds insufficient grounds for approval, staff would <br />draft a denial resolution for formal action on July l2th.
