5.8 <br />(4) the t\ pfes, uses, and numbers of watercraft that the project will <br />^ ^ generate are compatible in relation to the suitabilit>- of public <br />waters to safejv accommodate these watercraft. <br />\ <br />5.72 Conditions attached to conditional use permits. The <br />(designated body), upon consideration of the <br />criteria listed above' and the'purposes of this ordinance, shall attach such <br />conditions to the issuance of tlia^onditional use'permits as it deems <br />necessary to fulfill the purposes ofihis ori^ance. Such conditions may <br />include, but are not limited to, the fbUowihg: <br />(1) increased setbacks from the-ordinaijr high water level; <br />(2) limitations on the natural vegetation t^'l^ removed or the <br />requirement that additional vegetation bC'-Ranted, and <br /><'3) Special provisions for the location, design, an^Hse of structures, <br />sewage treatment systems, watercraft launching d^d docking <br />areasr^and vehicle parking areas. ^ <br />Watcp^upply and Sewage T^tment <br />Water Supply. Any public or private supply of water for domestic <br />purposes must meet or exceed standards for water quality of the <br />vlinnesota Department of Health and the Minnesota Pollution Control <br />.Agency.__________________________________________________ <br />5 82 Sewage treatment. Anv premises used for human occupancy must <br />be provided with an adequate method of sewage treatment, as follows: <br />A- Publicly-owned sewer systems must be used where available. <br />B All private sewage treatment systems must meet or exceed the <br />Minnesota PoUution Control Agency’s standards for individual <br />sewaee treatment systems contained in the documem titled, ^ <br />"Indmdual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards, Chapter 7USU , <br />a copy of which is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be <br />a part of this ordinance. <br />C. On-site sewage treatment systems must be set back from the <br />ordinary high water level in accordance with the setbacks <br />contained in Section 5.21 of this ordinance. <br />All proposed sites for individual sewage treatment systems shall be <br />evaluated in accordance with the criteria in subitems (l)-( ;• <br />the determination of a site’s suitability cannot be made wtn <br />publicly av-ailable, existing information, it shall then be tne <br />responsibility of the applicant to provide sufficient soil bonngs an <br />percolation tests from on-site field investigations. <br />Evaluation criteria: <br />(1) depth to the highest known or calculated ground water table <br />or bedrock; <br />D.
