Suhd. 16. Reference to Other Ordinances^ <br />2,3,4,5 code sections are conditioned on effectiveness of LMCD <br />ordinances regarding marinas. If LMCD ordinances are declared invalid, <br />no marina can have more slips/buoys or longer dock than was permitted <br />on the day LMCD’s ordinance became invalid or than was last approved <br />by LMCD, whichever is less. <br />City reserves right to be more restrictive than LMCD ordinances. <br />■A
