We need the additional space <br />because of the increase in size of our family. We have looked at <br />going up, but it is financially prohibitive. In addition, we are <br />not sure the existing structure could support it. We also feel, <br />that because the City snowplows need our driveway to turn around in <br />and use it to store snow in, that we should be granted this <br />variance. We feel that it is unfair to ask us to give up <br />hardcover, when our family needs it, in order to provide .a <br />turnaiO-.md for the public.
