Orono Municipal Code Section 10.02, Subdivision 9 (B) is <br />hereby repealed and the following language substituted in its place; <br />B. HEIGHT RESTKICTIONS. No accessory building or structure in <br />the ”R” District shall exceed the height of the principal <br />building except as allowed by the provisions of a conditional use <br />permit. <br />SECTION III. Orono Municipal Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (C) is <br />hereby repealed and the following language substituted in its place: <br />C. AREA RESTRICTIONS. In all ”R” Districts, no accessory <br />building shall exceed 1,000 square feet of floor area except as <br />allowed by the provisions of a conditional use permit. <br />SECTION IV. Orono Municipal Code Section 10.20, Subdivision 4 (B) is <br />hereby repealed and the following language is substituted in its <br />place: <br />B. POOLS, ETC. Private swimming pools, tennis courts, and <br />paddocks, subject to the area and height restrictions for <br />accessory buildings and subject to a conditional use permit if <br />such pools, tennis courts, or paddocks are enclosed by being <br />covered with a roof and exceed 1,000 square feet in area. <br />SECTION V. Orono Municipal Code Section 10.20 is hereby amended by <br />adding Subdivision 3 (Q) as follows; <br />Q. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS IN EXCESS OF 1,000 S.F. OF TOTAL FLOOR <br />AREA. Accessory buildings in excess of 1,000 s.f. in total floor <br />area, subject to the following restrictions;
