The structure will not <br />likely be visible from the lake due to the topography of the <br />neighborhood. <br />5. Staff recommends that the applicant be required to complete <br />interim repairs on his septic system no later than July 1, 1988. <br />Some leeway can be given with that date if installation of City <br />sewer appears imminent in 1988 or 1989 and the existing system is <br />functioning adequately at that point. <br />6. Staff notes there have been no complaints regarding storage on <br />the property since very early in 1987, and the home occupation <br />aspect of the property has apparently ceased. <br />7. ?Iardcover allowed on the property is 35% or 13,100 square <br />feet. The proposed hardcover is 9,500 square feet or about <br />25.4%. Hardcover is not an issue with this application. <br />8. Applicant is advised to submit a revised plan showing the <br />attachment of the garage to the house, if the existing plans do <br />not reflect room sizes that allow that attachment to occur. <br />This item will be scheduled for the November 23, 1987 City <br />Council meeting.
