July 7, 1987 <br />Mr. Gaffron, <br />I reside at 2915 Casco Point Road. This is the second lot <br />from Richard G. Helstrom, 2095 Cass Point Road. ?!fll68 on the <br />July 20th hearings. <br />It states he is seeking hard cover for the addition. I do <br />not understand this because there already is hard cover there <br />in the form of a patio. <br />I have seen the plans for the addition, and I feel this is very <br />good for the improvement of the neighborhood. <br />Mr. Helstrom is a structural engineer and everything that he <br />does is first class. <br />I have no complaints to the addition of his home. <br />Richard C.
