I <br />I <br />## - <br />Jr L '>) <br />i » <br />ff^' <br />Request is to remove and replace existing guest house and <br />tool shed with a new structure with the intention of eventually <br />subdividing parcel into three buildable lots. <br />The width of the present parcel is well over 200 feet at the <br />proposed building site making it appropriate for subdivision. <br />There is also enough lakeshore to give two of the buildable <br />lots lakeshore of 100 feet. <br />Reason for request for conditional use permit instead of <br />subdivision at the present time is that applicants grandfather# <br />Peter Dougall# is occupying the main house on the lot and would <br />like to have relatives close by. Peter Dougall does not plan <br />to rebuild on his lot at the present time..
