Although this was scheduled for O'' July <br />20th, on July 17th applicant's attorney notified staff that a lot <br />line location settlement is imminent, and that will cha.il£® the <br />actual requested setbacks. <br />Applicant ’s attorney has requested tabling until August <br />17th. Staff also feels the additional information deserves <br />additional consideration. This item will be brought to planning <br />Commission on August 17th with the new facts and a staff <br />recommendation.
