• f <br />I MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JULY 20, 1987 <br />#1174 CRAIG ANDERSON CONTINUED <br />Bellows felt that this was a problematic subdivison <br />indicating concern with access and staff's septic <br />concerns noting that there seemed to be many marginal <br />issues. <br />Cohen agreed with Bellows due to the "speculative" site <br />plan submitted. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron further explained <br />the proposed plan pointing out the required setbacks <br />(per Exhibit J). <br />Planning Commission majority felt the access corridor <br />width was the major issue and that lot width was <br />adequate if all other standards were met. <br />Mr. Furchner, again, indicated his concern with <br />disruption of the creek and drain e. <br />There were no other comments from the public and the <br />Public Hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Cohen, to <br />table this application pending additional information <br />and more detaile’ olan. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />ZONING AMENDMENT <br />STANDARDS FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES <br />PUBLIC HEARING 9:07-9:07 <br />The Affidavit of Publication was noted. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this <br />matter and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Johnson, seconded by Cohen, to table <br />this matter until the August Planning Commission meeting <br />in order to provide more time for Planning Commission to <br />review the proposed amendment.
