(See plat - <br />Outlet A) Please be advised that I intend to propose that Outlet A <br />be shared equally by the 3 proposed lots. I feel this arrangement <br />will more effectively protect the use of this unique lakeshore <br />parcel. I am aware that documents must be prepared to ensure the <br />proper maintenance of the Outlet A.
